We support your business around the clock, over the entire operating life of the systems so that you are able to achieve continuous, maximum productivity. For this reason, we keep 95 % of parts in stock permanently. Our spare part hubs in Europe, America and China thus allow us to deliver parts to most countries within a day. And this at the guaranteed lowest prices.
The technicians staffing our hotline are all factory trained, are thoroughly familiar with our products and can be quickly on location when necessary. Should relining be required after several years, we perform this in ex works quality true to the original drawings. On the one hand, these last longer than those one from local providers. On the other hand, only in this way is it possible to achieve the original low energy consumption and full melting capacity of the furnace. Our customers have confirmed this time and again.
