StrikoMelter^® are planned, designed and built depending upon particular requirement according to the needs of our customers - in different sizes, series and designs. From the smallest to the largest stationary or tiltable StrikoMelter^®:

The pallet of the StrikoMelter^®s in its different designs is just as large as the requirements in a foundry!

ETAmax^® - system functions:
The StrikoMelter^® combines the melting phases preheating, heating and liquefaction in a melting shaft by its special shaft geometry and its especially adapted burner technology. While return and ingot material in the lower range are melted fast, the combustion gases at the same time warm up the raw materials in the shaft range lying above. This simple, but very effective regenerator principle makes substantial savings in the fuel consumption possible and increases the metal yield substantially. The melted metal is transferred turbulence-free and dross-deficient into the holding bath and kept accurate on the selected holding temperature there.
