StikoWestofen’s furnaces are engineered to deliver competitive advantage in a challenging landscape.
StrikoMelter models such as the PurEfficiency achieve energy consumptions up to 489 kWh/t, and a metal yield of up to 99.75%.
For dosing, Wesomat furnaces, from the Classic to the super-compact Westomat Duo, offer an extremely precise dosing accuracy, up to 98% uptime, and a lifespan exceeding two decades.
Complementing the equipment line-up that will be shown at EUROGUSS, StrikoWestofen will also be highlighting its range of expert training courses, service solutions, and support options including customer-site real energy consumption assessments for StrikoMelter, and tailored furnace upgrade packages to optimize efficiency.

Also making an appearance at EUROGUSS will be StikoWestofen’s fourth generation ProDos4 control, a product evolution designed to further enhance efficiency gains made possible with Westomat.
Intelligent algorithms ensure near-perfect dosing weight - automatically compensating for pressure fluctuations to minimise scrap, while a built-in remote interface allows fast diagnostics and data access, keeping downtime to a minimum. Together with its simple, intuitive design, ProDos4 makes sophisticated control effortless for every operator.
